Mateo and I made a team to play against Pepe and Tomas. We played with pieces of hail and our laughter was heard all over the street.

“Hurry up, Adelaida!”

“I was almost at the door when I remembered my rubber boots,” she explained, looking at us from the window. “It would be terrible if I slipped and fell.”

Each one of us made a snowman. In the meantime Adelaida was looking for a first aid kit, just in case we had an emergency.

Finally she was ready. Everything was just as she wanted it.

“Oh, now I’m going to enjoy the snow!,” she exclaimed.
